1 – Feed one crystal bead onto a head pin and make a simple loop on top of bead. Trim excess wire and then attach to end link of strand of chain of flower pendant. Make 3 more of those on same fashion.
2 - Feed one pearl bead onto a head pin and make a simple loop on top of bead. Trim excess wire and then make 3 more of those.
3- Cut small gold cable chain in four different lengths, 2’, 2 ¼’ , 2 ½’ and 2 ¾’. Add one pearl dangle to each piece of gold-plated chain and then attach them individually to the jump rings on the back of flower pendant, creating a cascade of chain and beads.
4 - Feed one crystal bead followed by one brown plastic bead onto 1 ft piece of stringing wire. Then insert stringing wire back to the same hole of brown bead eight times, creating lines on the outside surface of bead.
5 – Add to same section 1 crystal bead, 5 pearls and 1 more crystal bead. Feed wire through the hole of crimp loop and using tip of chain nose pliers flatten coiled section to secure wire and then trim excess wire. Repeat the same on the opposite end.
6 – Place pliers 1’ away from one of the ends of a 3-inch piece of round wire and make a wrapped loop. Trim excess wire and then feed 3 pearls onto wire and make another wrapped loop on top of beads. Trim excess wire and repeat one more time to create a second beaded link. Set aside.
7 – Linking all components:
Attach one of the ends of lobster clasp to a 5-circle section of gold round quick link chain. Open opposite connector and attach link made on step 4 through the pearl side.
On the opposite side attach another 5-circle section of quick link chain. Now add one of the pearl links made on step 6, add a 3-circle piece of quick link chain, followed by a second pearl link from step 6.
Finish adding a 4-cricle piece of gold quick link chain and then attach to other side of clasp.
8 – Place flower pendant created on step 3 in the middle of necklace.
Making earrings:
1 - Feed one crystal bead followed by one brown plastic bead onto 1 ft piece of stringing wire. Then insert stringing wire back to the same hole of brown bead eight times, creating lines on the outside surface of bead. Add another crystal bead and finish attaching one crimp loop on each end of section. Trim excess wire.
2 – Feed one pearl onto ball star head pin. Make simple loop on top of bead, trim excess wire and set aside. Create two more dangles using one pearl and one crystal bead.
3 – Add the 3 dangles made on previous step to section made on step 1.
4 – Open lever back and attach to section on the single crystal side - this side been the top of earrings.
5 – Repeat all steps to make matching earrings. |
