Look for these new packaging changes in 2011

In 2011, Beadalon customers will start receiving products that feature environmentally-friendlier packaging with an enhanced new look. By reducing our packaging dimensions, eliminating spool hang-cards, and using recycled/recyclable packaging materials, we are able to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.

ALL new Beadalon packaging will feature:
• Trilingual labeling: English, French, and Spanish. French labeling meets Quebec standard.
• QR codes, scannable with smart phones, provide additional product information.
• Smaller overall packaging dimension means reduced shipping weight, cube, and transit costs.

Beadalon Wires, DandyLine, Elasticity,
& WildFire
• Back labels for Elasticity and 19 & 49 Strand will contain consumer information and replace the plastic hanging tabs.

• Spools now have a built-in hanging tab so the adhesive hanging cards are no longer necessary.
For every 6,000 spools shipped, approximately 50 lbs of packaging is eliminated.

• Smaller packaging allows you to fit more products in the same retail space.

Beadalon Findings
• Most findings will feature a 47% reduction in paper - 13.75 sq in old style vs. 6.56 sq in new style.

• Smaller packaging allows you to fit more products in the same
retail space.

• In the space that 10 findings header-cards currently occupies, you can now fit 15 of the new blister style - a 50% increase of products
in the same retail space!

• Beadalon uses 80% LESS Plastic than the competitors' clamshell (.11 oz vs. .61 oz).

• 20% narrower width (3" vs. 3.75")
