1. Begin stringing necklace from the middle to the ends. String one big crystal bead and come back through the hole twice leaving black wire exposed. Release more than half of wire from the spool in order to use wire loosen.
2. Feed black wire into wood bead and repeat similar technique applied to crystal bead. Go back through bead as many time as you desire (I suggest to “play with” 4, 5 or 6 times). Beads will have lines of wire on surface giving a cool overall look.
3. Once you have 5 wood beads and 5 crystal beads strung on, you can add 3 big crystal beads using technique from step 1.
4. String 1 medium crystal bead + 1bead bumper + 1medium bead + 1 bead bumper + 1small bead + bead bumper + small bead + bead bumper + small bead + bead bumper.
5. Feed wire through EZ crimp end and crimp it using Mighty crimp tool. Cut excess wire as close as possible to EZ-crimp end.
6. Attach extension chain using 1 jump ring.
7. String one bead bumper, one big crystal bead into the head pin. Make a simple loop and attach to final end of extension chain, wrap loop around head pin’s neck and trim excess wire.
8. Repeat all the steps to finish the other side of necklace. |
