1. Slide the Beadalon 29 Strand silver plated wire all the way inside of the EZ-Crimp end. Use the mighty crimper to close it securely. Trim excess wire.
2. Thread onto the wire in the following pattern:
7 brown beads, 1 dog bone spacer, 7 brown beads, 1 aventurine bead, 1 dog bone spacer, 1 red bead, a piece of chain(slide the wire on the first link of it), 1 topaz bead, the last link of the cable chain, 1 red bead, 1 dog bone spacer and 1 aventurine bead. Repeat the last pattern until the second piece of the chain has being strung on the wire.
3. String 7 brown beads, 1 red bead, 1 dog bone spacer, 1 red bead, chain link, large topaz bead.
4. Half of the necklace has been strung! Repeat the patterns detailed above in steps 2 and 3 to finish the other side. Swap the position of red and aventurine beads for an adventurous splash.
5. End the beaded strand by stringing on the other EZ-Crimp end. Crimp it. Trim excess wire.
6. Make dangles with the 3 remaining beads. String each onto a head pin. Make a wrapped loop above the bead. Open a jump ring; string all the dangles onto it. Attach the jump ring to the open part of the EZ crimp end. This polished finish to the clasp adds character to the necklace. |
